All Service:
- LIABILITY
All brushes, hair, and makeup products are kept sanitary and sanitized between applications. Any skin conditions or sensitivities must be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application. The client(s) and individuals listed in this agreement release the makeup artist, employees, and team members from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions. Extremely sensitive clients may opt to use their own skincare and cosmetics to prevent complications. - BOOKING AND DEPOSIT
To secure a date and schedule services, a signed agreement and a deposit are required at the time of signing. This deposit will be applied to the total amount due on the final payment date. Deposits can be made via cash, check (payable to Negar Khoshgoo), or any other agreed-upon payment method between the client(s) and the makeup artist. - CONSULTATION AND TRIAL
A pre-wedding consultation is required for all brides. The consultation is held online unless included in the service package. A separate fee of $300 applies to the bride’s trial session, which is non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the package. - SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
The wedding service location is at the discretion of the client(s); however, the following conditions must be met:
A designated work area must be provided for the makeup artist.
Ample lighting (preferably natural or with lamps) is necessary for proper application.
The work area should be clear prior to the makeup artist’s arrival.
Accessible electrical outlets are required for styling tools.
If possible, access to fresh air and open windows is preferred due to aerosol sprays used during services.
- TRAVEL FEE
A travel fee applies to most locations outside Downtown Vancouver. Alternatively, the client may arrange transportation for the makeup artist and any additional team members. If air travel is required, the client(s) are responsible for all related expenses, including airfare, hotel, transportation, parking, and other necessary costs. - EARLY MORNING FEE
If services must begin before 7:00 AM, an early morning fee will be added to the final payment. - PAYMENT
The person(s) who signs this agreement is responsible for the full balance, including services for all individuals listed in the agreement. The makeup artist is not responsible for collecting individual payments from others listed in this contract. All payments must be made by the due date; otherwise, the agreement is automatically canceled, and cancellation fees will apply. Any additional services added before or on the wedding day must be documented and signed by the client or their representative. - TOUCH-UP SERVICES
The makeup artist can remain on location for touch-ups at a non-refundable rate of $100 per hour, payable with the final payment. - DELAY POLICY
A late fee of $50 will be charged for every hour of delay if the client(s) is late for a scheduled service. This will be added to the final payment. - SERVICE CHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Changes to services or the number of individuals receiving services must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the wedding date. After this period, the client(s) will be responsible for the full cost of all services listed in the agreement.
Cancellations made 90 days or more before the wedding will not incur extra charges.
Cancellations made between 30 and 90 days before the wedding will require a $300 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the wedding will require full payment for all services listed in the agreement.
If additional clients request services on the wedding day and time allows, they may be accommodated. The primary client (signatory) is responsible for any additional service payments. - INABILITY TO ATTEND
If an emergency, illness, or unexpected circumstance arises (with valid documentation), the wedding date can be postponed to a mutually agreed-upon date, if applicable. If rescheduling is not possible, the agreement is automatically canceled, and the client(s) is required to pay a $300 cancellation fee.
