Negar Khoshgoo Beauty may adjust the price for Recurring Subscriptions periodically and will provide advance notice of any price changes, along with instructions on how to accept them if applicable. Price adjustments for Recurring Subscriptions will become effective at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. By continuing to use your Recurring Subscription after the price change takes effect, you accept the new price, as permitted by local law. If you disagree with the price changes, you have the option to reject them by canceling your Recurring Subscription before the price change becomes effective. Please ensure that you carefully review any notifications regarding price changes.

Payments are nonrefundable, and there will be no refunds or credits for partially used periods. You have the right to cancel a Recurring Subscription at any time. However, if you cancel before the end of the current subscription period, Negar Khoshgoo Beauty will not refund any subscription fees already paid. Nonetheless, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current subscription period. Negar Khoshgoo Beauty reserves the right to offer refunds, discounts, or other considerations to some or all users at any time and for any reason. The decision to provide such credits, as well as the amount and form of credits, is solely at Negar Khoshgoo Beauty’s discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not guarantee credits in similar future instances, nor does it obligate Negar Khoshgoo Beauty to provide credits in the future under any circumstances.

If you purchase any Service through a mobile purchase or third-party marketplace (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store), the refund policy of that third-party marketplace will apply unless explicitly stated otherwise by Negar Khoshgoo Beauty. Unless otherwise specified by Negar Khoshgoo Beauty, the third-party marketplace will solely handle refunds according to its refund policy, and Negar Khoshgoo Beauty will not be responsible for refunds.
